Infertility can happen at any age, but if you’ve been trying to conceive naturally for at least a year with no success, I highly recommend you consult with a fertility specialist to run some tests on both partners and determine what are your next best options.

  3. Hey,

This is a really important and informative article for my girlfriend and I, I am going to go through this with her later on today. We have not had the best of luck in the past, and we may wait until this coronavirus has died down or gone away. But, who knows how long that will be.

I will let you know what we think when we go through this article together and if we have any questions then we will get in touch, if that is OK with you?

Thank you for sharing and being so generous. Keep up the amazing work you do.

    All the best,

    Tom

    1. This coronavirus has definitely put a lot of things on hold. But with fertility issues, time is of the essence. Most definitely will be here if you have any questions. Take care and be safe Tom!

  4. Even though fertility is not an issue for me in my life, I really find your website and articles interesting and full of awesome products. Before I started reading your articles I never realized this was such a problem, I often wonder if this also is connected to our immune system some how?

    Great products
    Jeff

    1. Thanks Jeff for your kind words! I definitely think its connected to our immune system, the foods we eat now, and our environment. I read a study recently that men’s total sperm count has diminished over the years due to environmental factors.

  5. Whilst not as important for women in this respect, Zinc is a really important nutrient for men where fertility is concerned. Pumpkin seed oil is a great all natural source, and Zinc Citrate is the most easily absorbed synthetic form – but can cause digestive discomfort, so never take it on an empty stomach.

  6. IVF is definitely a long process and can be very lonely. I have never experienced it myself but have been through the journey with friends. Infertility can definitely be a long road to find the root cause. I like how you have mentioned male infertility here. Many women often automatically assume that it is their problem when in some cases it is the male side. I also, too like the one a day vitamins. Great information.

    1. It definitely takes 2 to tango…so can’t forget the male factor too. The other line of One a Day vitamins for women are also good, even for those not planning to conceive. Thanks for reading!

  7. I never knew about the couple´s multivitamin pack before now. I feel we have just missed out on our chances but it´s good to know new ways are available. Always good to keep your options open and use as many as possible to “conceive”. Thank you for this valuable information.

    1. You’re welcome! There’s so many options these days. But this couple’s multivitamin pack worked for us – it was convenient and easy to take. Thanks for reading!
