IVF has provide a solution though and it is heart-warming innovation to deal with such situation. As rightly said, the journey to parenthood is a marathon and not a sprint.     1. I don’t do it daily or as often as before when I was undergoing IVF, but I started 10 years ago. I truly believe the mind/body connection is so important.

I am so sorry for all of the struggles that you have been going through but as I read along your post, I realize what a wonderful job you have done regarding survival and managing your mental health. Stress causes so many physical and emotional altercations it’s really a draining process. I grew up in foster care and adopting a child usually takes years until the process is finally completed, those out there who decide to go down that road – huge respect for them! It’s not easy!   9. I have a friend who is undergoing such stressful issue with herself currently and doesn’t know how to deal with it. I’m very happy that she could iron up to me and tell me about it. I decide to come online to see if I could get a solution to he problem for her and now I’m happy to learn that there are ways to deal with it. I think she should shltart getting prepared for the IVF as soon as possible.
